PassGen it is a password generator app that allows create a strong password for any url, it is based in a secret word and the url. That allows to have different password for each url and you just need to remember one secret word.

Suggestion:
You can use your secret word for your personal access like emails, subscriptions, etc. For job you can change your secret word by the name of your company, for example Contoso Inc. so you passwords for email and other pages will be different than your owns.
